Use this page to create Logbook Pro Import File


SAVE your Pilot Activity Statement from DeltaNet to your computer.
(directions at bottom of this page)
Works with your Surface3.
Does not work well with Ipad/Iphone (difficult to upload from ICloud).
You might need to manually compress the files again before sending if using a Mac, use your Surface tablet instead.

ENTER Your Email address:


SELECT the single Compressed/ZIP folder/file that includes all your flying for the year,
(Might be named "(emp#)-Pilot_Activity_Statement" in your "Download" folder):

Click Once will take
one minute to refresh

CLICK "upload file" after selecting your PAS file.
Your CSV Import file will also be available to you on the next page via a link and the file will be immediately emailed to you. The entire process should take no more than a few minutes.
If you do not see the link to the import file or do not receive the email, something is wrong, try again or contact me (winkopp@gmail.com).


INSTRUCTIONS:
Download your MYPAS-Pilot Activity Statement
To obtain the Pilot Activity Statement:
  • 1) Log into DeltaNet

  • 2) Click "My Division" (Flight Operations)

  • 3) Under Popular Tools > Click “MyPAS- Pilot Activity Statement”


    • Check Box of Month then click export:

    Save the Exported File.
    This program can handle multilpe files in a Zipped
    file or a single "CSV" file.

    To Compress the file on Mac, right click on the file:


    Once the file is saved on your computer, you can import
    it to Logbook Pro. Make sure date format is set "MM/DD/YYYY".


    Common Problems
    Did not receive the email
  • Did you type in the wrong email address?
  • Do you have a spam filter on your email inbox- try a different email account.
    • I can not find my ZIP file after downloading it. You are not alone. If it is not in "Downloads" directory, it might be on your "Desktop" or in your "Documents" folder.
    This service provided free of charge. Your data is cleaned off my server often and not saved.
    I do ask for occational feedback to let me know you are using this program.
